Online Payment
Following the national trend of creating ‘cashless environments’ in schools, we hope to introduce a system of on-line payments to replace all cash transactions in school. This will include dinner money, trips, visits, events and additional lessons, etc.
We know parent/carers will find this a useful tool, especially as it can prove beneficial in:
- reducing risks associated with students carrying cash
- allow flexibility to pay at a time and place that suits them
- being confident that their money is being used for the intended purpose
- being socially inclusive for all students
- enhancing home-school communication
Parents/carers who prefer not to pay online will be able to make payments at any retailer belonging to the ‘PayPoint’ network.
